THE "OTHER RELIGION" CHAPTER I

Although the catch-phrase 'The separation of Church and State" is currently imagined by many in America to be an operational fact, the truth is that religions and governments are never far separated and are actually only opposite sides of the same coin. The religion of a country determines the nature and the spirit of its government, and has always done so throughout the historical record.

In pre-Christian times, except for the monotheism of the Hebrews, all of the dominant religions of what we call the pagan religious system contained in their doctrines the same basic, essential elements From the time of Nimrod at Babylon and of the earliest Pharaohs of Egypt, object of highest worship had come to be the essential mystery and principle of Life itself; Life's power of regeneration; the mystery of death, and the renewal of all Life, animal, vegetable, and human, through the reproductive process. This was the "Great Mystery" which all were seeking to penetrate. These ancient religions were all fertility cults in one form or another.

In the beginning, this was a natural development; for the essential facts of regeneration and reproduction were then, and remain today, insoluble mysteries to the science and to the mind of man.

The direction of religious activities fell into the hands of a Priestly class. In time, what scientific knowledge this Priestly Class discovered it treated as secret knowledge to be concealed from the public. The Priests then used their secret knowledge, by the fostering of superstitions, and by the performance of "miracles, " to control the civil governments and the daily lives of the people.

In their religious panoply the Sun was considered as the symbol of the male principle, the regenerator of the Earth, and as the highest symbol of the un-seen God Principle. (The radiant all-seeing eye) This is the reason for the Sun-worship which has been practiced in every part of the world to the present day. This priestly craft took up the study of astronomy, to the degree that such was possible without the aid of telescopes, and by ingenuity and by careful measurements and record keeping, they achieved great understanding of the motions of the moon and planets, and deduced, accurately, the size and shape of the Earth.

The Ziggurats of Babylon and the Pyramids of Egypt were, it is now almost certain, not simply religious shrines, but were primarily

astronomical observatories manned by this Priestly class. (1) The knowledge which was thus gained was, however, never shared with the people but was kept as a closely guarded secret. The people were kept in ignorance so that the Priestly Orders should always remain dominant.

This religion developed into a multi-level structure. For the Priests, the illuminated ones, the object of veneration was the Life Force itself, the male element, symbolized by the Sun. The Earth and mankind were conceived of as the female element which was fertilized and sustained by the Sun's rays and influence. Indeed, the temples of ancient Egypt were constructed in the form of a female figure, supine. The two branching structures on either side of the fore-court with their pylons representing the legs of the figure and the whole was aligned geographically so that on a certain day of the year, most usually at the date of the Spring Equinox, the rays of the sun, at sunrise, would penetrate and revivify the sacred altar. That this was their purpose is supported by the fact that, because of the shift of the axis of the Earth, due to the precession of the poles over the thousands of years of Egypt's history, it was necessary to realign and rebuild the entrance courts of these temples from time to time; which now accounts for their present bent alignment but which permits the rays of the Sun to again, properly penetrate the sacred chamber on the desired days of the year. The sub floor of the Temple of Luxor still displays three lines chiseled in the stone by the rebuilders representing the correct solar alignments at the various dates of rebuilding. (2)

For the superstitious, a class, which to a great degree, included all mankind in ancient times, there was constructed the pseudo-science of Astrology, a religion being revived today, and for practical and political guidance the institutions of the sacred Oracles such as those of Delphi in Greece or of Ammon in Egypt; whose Priests, from behind the scenes, controlled many of the political events which occurred in their respective countries.

At the lowest level, as the basis of common worship were the sex related fertility cults dedicated to the celebration of the rites of Isis and Osirus, Baal, Astarte, Athena, or Siva, depending only on the geographical locale, all of which were furnished with phallic sex-related symbols, sacred animals, and with idols as objects of veneration.

This system of religion and of government was universal throughout the ancient world. The dominant rulers and greatest Kings were always Priest-Kings whether we observe the Pharaohs of Egypt or the Caesars of Rome. Among the Hebrew Nation also, after the Babylonian captivity, the development of a rigid Priestly Class became more pronounced. These rabbis did not employ all of the devices of the priests of the pagan religions, and they were most scrupulous to observe the letter of the law,

but to them, and to them only, was reserved the right to go behind the veil of the Temple and to treat directly with God. And as this rabbinical became more powerful and intellectually inbred, it set itself apart from, and above, the rest of the Hebrew people. They became the Priestly Classes known as the Pharisees and the Sadducees who, as the most powerful remaining force, finally took over the reins of the Jewish civil government under the Roman occupation.

Was it not against this class, the Pharisees and Sadducees and against all priestly forms of religion that Christ directed His ministry? The revelations of Christ included the establishment of the principle of human Individualism in both religion and secular affairs. When Christ said, "I am the truth, the way, and the life; no man cometh unto the Father, but by me, " It meant, as a consequence, that the priestly classes were now unnecessary. In the sphere of religious and civil government, this revelation by Christ was the most revolutionary doctrine ever stated up to His time. It remains the most revolutionary doctrine abroad in the world today. The corollaries which followed this religious revolution were no less revolutionary in the civil sphere. If each individual had a soul, and was himself responsible for it, then, politically, he had the rights and the responsibilities of a citizen also. The individual citizen, under God's Law, became the source of all just powers. The process to representative self-government in its modern form was thus begun.

The Pharisees understood the message of Christ full well. It was a declaration of war, a threat to their very existence. To them, it was essential that He be stopped, and His doctrine stamped out. This, in their minds, was the reason for the crucifixion. In this we know they failed, for at the crucifixion, "the veil of the Temple was rent from top to bottom. " (Matthew 27:51) The absolute rule of the Priests had come to an end. Christ, by His sacrifice, had rent the veil for all mankind.

In the succeeding centuries the rise of the Christian revolution swept away the surface observance of the old Mystery-religions in the Western world, and the Priest-Cults everywhere were forced to retire in disorder and to, in fact, go underground. But though the operations of the Ancient Religion have been overshadowed, in our minds, by the rise of Christianity, this religion did not die out. It continued to operate and to function and has remained the dominant religion in those lands and among those peoples who did not accept Christ. The Priestly Classes of this religion reformed its ranks and modified its tactics to respond to the Christian challenge. They adopted as their mode of operation the use of secrecy, deception, and the technique of infiltration, as methods in this struggle which they viewed as a Holy War against Christianity.

The sexual and fertility elements of the religions of Baal and of

Isis and Osirus, were continued but were concealed from the profane publicly under the doctrines of the worship of Platonic ideals such as the "Nobility of Mankind, "and "Humanity, "and of "The Brotherhood of Man. " "Human Reason" and the "Mechanism of Blind Nature" were put forth as the ultimate forces now operating in the universe. Secret societies of the "Learned" or "Wise Men" were formed and scientific inquiry was continued in the form of medieval Astronomy, Alchemy, and Sorcery. But, again, this was scientific inquiry not for the altruistic purpose of the development of pure learning, but a search for the secrets of nature which the Priestly Class could still employ as "magic;" secrets with which they could control the rest of humanity' The names and titles of the adepts and leaders of this Religion are familiar to us still though we, recently, have not taken them very seriously. They were called "The All Wise Ones" or "Wizards" or "Magicians" or "Scientists, "and those who dealt with the spirit world were, and still are, called "Witches, " "Warlocks, "and "Sorcerers. "

Being a secret religious order, they adopted an elaborate symbology to be used as signs of recognition and communication between those who understood the secrets of the religion; they employed signs such as the sign of the Pyramid, Triangles, the Radiant Circle as the symbol of the Sun and of their God; Five pointed and six pointed stars, the sprig of the Acacia tree as a symbol of Life, and the Obelisk, and many other symbols plus secret signs and grips. They spoke of the God of this Religion as being the "Original Life Force, "or as the "Divine Fire, " or as the "Prime Mover, " or as "The Great Architect of the Universe. " But finally, though these are the outward trappings of their God shown to the followers at the lower and middle levels, the leaders could not avoid the necessity of coming to conclusions when dealing with matters of the Deity. The more extreme leaders now adopted, if they had not originally done so, as the God of their worship, the Prince of this World, Satan and his Angels as their ultimate Lord and aid in this Holy War against Christ and His message. (3)

This organized group, whose ultimate God is Satan, existed in Ancient times, it existed in the Middle Ages, and it exists today. (4) It is the "Other Religion;" the organized power against which Christians have always been contending although they have seldom recognized what the nature of the organization of that "Other Power" really was.

This "Other Religion" always operates by subterfuge, and while it can have little effect upon Bible-based Christianity, it did have considerable effect, in early times, on the "organized" forms of Christian practice. There are "Coincidences" in Christian practice that are otherwise inexplicable except by way of reference to that "Other Religion. "

A prominent example is the Christian observance of the holiday of Easter. The word "Easter" comes directly from the name of the pagan Goddess of Fertility, Ishtar (Astarte). The correct time for the observance of our Lord's crucifixion and resurrection is the time of Passover which is in the Spring, but the Spring Equinox is also the correct time for the observance of the rites of Ishtar, the Goddess of Fertility. The date of Easter is not fixed but is variable, depending for its time of observance entirely upon astrological calculation (the first Sunday after the first full moon, after the Spring Equinox). Note the universal symbols of Easter: the Easter Rabbit and Easter Egg, both ancient fertility symbols. ^'In most respects, the establishment of the holiday of Easter was not Christian in any way although, of course, Christians now, unaware of these facts, observe this holiday, in spirit, with great sincerity.

Is it not significant also that when the Christian Religion became the established state religion of Rome the following occurred:

1 - The adoption of a 'priestly" form of Church government with this priestly class, again, interposed between the individual and his God?

2 - The selection of the color Red for the official robes of this government?

3 - The use of the mitered hat by this priesthood, so similar to the ceremonial hats worn by the wizards and magicians of the "Other Religion"?

4 - The enshrinement of Mary, who was now raised up to be "The Mother of God"? A repetition of the myth of Isis, the Mother of God, Osirus ?

Among the Jews, also, in early Christian times, the ideas of Judaism and those of the "Other Religion" were merged by certain Rabbinical groups, living in Babylon, who were directly under the influence of the "Other Religion, " to produce the occult philosophies and the secret societies collectively known as the Kabbala; a line of thought with which pure Judaism has been struggling ever since.

In more modern times, the effects of the "Other Religion" has always been present in the development of every atheistic, mechanistic, or anti-Christian movement or philosophy, secret, society, or new religious cult.

It was the mechanistic "world without a God" idea that was central to the English Deism in the 18th Century, a movement that proceeded on

to Satanism. (5) The "Other Religion" was central, too, to the thought of Voltaire, Rousseau, and the Encyclopaedists in the Age of Enlightenment in France; those "Humanists" who, in 1789, created the French Revolution, who murdered millions and raised up the Goddess of Reason (Isis-Astarte) to create a civil government under the "Other Religion. " (6) Their slogans resound yet today; "Liberte, Egalite, Fraternitie. " (The Brotherhood of Man)

The "Other Religion" continued throughout Europe in the 19th Century in the form of the secret fraternal Lodge known as the '-Amis de la Veritie" (The Friends of The Truth), founded and led by Louis Blanc. These "Friends of The Truth, " together with Proudhon, a freemason, and Bakunin, the founder of the First Internationale, ordered and directed the production of the Communist Manifesto of 1848. (7) The Manifesto of Marx and Engles was the declaration of an anti-Christian world empire based upon "reason and logic. '(The Revolutions of 1848, the Paris Commune of 1870, and Russian Revolutions_ of 1905 and of 1917 were the direct consequences of these conspiracies In the latter revolution, the Priesthood was successful in establishing a government firmly under the guidance of the "Other Religion. 'r It is obvious that the drive towards the establishment of governments under Communism is not carried on by men who are merely seeking temporal power for its own sake; for they are driven, fanatically, far beyond the point of success and on to the destruction of the Christian Faith. It is inaccurate to think of Communists as atheists, for it is becoming more and more clear that they do have a religion; one which they follow with wholehearted devotion, but which is not Christian. It is that "Other Religion" whose object of ultimate veneration is Satan himself.

That this is so becomes obvious when one recognizes the signs and symbols with which Socialism and Communism have bedecked themselves. Consider:

1 - The adoption of the color Red as the color of the revolution. Red is the color of Satan.

2 - The use of the symbol of the five-pointed star. This star represents, to Satanists, the head and the horns of the Goat of Mendes; an incarnation of the Devil. Under this heading, is it not significant that the five-pointed star is used as a military symbol today by the United States as well as by Communist China and Communist Russia? Ours is still white, while theirs is already red.

3 - The use, everywhere, by those of the Left, of the clenched-fist salute symbolic of the actions of Nimrod and Satan when they shook their fists in the face of God; preferring to rule in Hell rather than serve in Heaven.

4 - The celebration of the 1st of May as the major holiday in the revolutionary calendar. May 1st, in pagan religions was, of course, dedicated to the celebration of fertility rites, the May-pole being a phallic-fertility symbol. But the question still remains; why May 1st and not some other date, earlier, and closer, to the Spring Equinox? The answer to this question is that, in Ancient Religions, May 1st was celebrated as the birth date of the God Baal (Baal tane) and thus, perhaps, in the eyes of his followers, it is the birth date of Satan also.

These are some outward signs of the control of Socialism and Communism by the spirit of the "Other Religion. " And these signs are not only evident in countries under Communism; for, in our own country, evidence is plentiful that the "Other Religion" is most powerful here as well. Consider:

1 - We, too, now have begun to celebrate the 1st of May under the name "Law Day. " Just what kind of "Law" is meant is left unstated.

2 - Our nation is now ruled, in its military affairs, from a building of a very unusual shape; it is directed from a building with five sides: The Pentagon. The shape and design of such public buildings is a matter which, by our Government, is not simply left to choice.

3 - Does not a huge Obelisk, an important symbol of the "Other Religion," not stand in the center of our capitol in Washington, D. C. higher than any other structure in the city?

4 - Most obvious of all, does not the highest symbol of the "Other Religion" not appear for all to see on the back of every $1. 00 bill printed by our government since the Series of 1935? We refer to the so-called Reverse of the Great Seal; the truncated pyramid with the All-Seeing Eye suspended above it, appearing in a triangle with the rays of the Sun behind it. In order to be most clear in their meaning, the authors have inscribed, in Latin, above this Eye the words 'Annuit Coeptis, " "Our Enterprise (Conspiracy) is Successful. " And below is written, "Novus Ordo Seculorum, "'A New Order of Society. "

One should need little more to recognize that in this country, also, religion and politics are not separate, and that we do, in fact, have a State Religion, but that it is, simply, not Christian as we have been led to assume; it is that "Other" and 'Ancient" Religion of which we have been speaking.

Once we understand that we, in America, do have an established,

State of Religion, but that it is the "Other Religion" and not Christianity, we begin to see with eyes from which the scales have been lifted. We see that the purpose of the "Other Religion" and its followers is to establish a "New Order" or a "New Deal" in America; and, to do this, it must first destroy the present order of society from top to bottom; it must destroy Christian teachings and remake the social order completely. It aims to consolidate all power, financial, political and spiritual, into its own hands first nationally, and then internationally, to create, finally a single World Religion and a single World Government with all power to be held in the hands of the 'All Wise Ones"; the Priests, The Wizards, the Magicians of the "Other Religion. "

It is this goal, and the power of religious fervor, which explains why so many prominent figures, in every way "reasonable" men, of business, education, politics, and finance, who are otherwise unrelated to one another, all appear to be working together towards the same ends. It explains why so many of our political figureheads, religious leaders, local politicians, and businessmen seem to be fostering or acceding to programs which are obviously destructive of our present society This is why the official government position has been so altered by executive and judicial flat that criminals are now considered to be victims of the crimes they, themselves, commit. Why, due to the deliberate destruction of our former system of justice, the streets are now filled with criminals while our prisons stand nearly empty. It is why our governments, both state and national, seem really uninterested in controlling the distribution of vicious drugs and why, in fact, they stand ready to legalize the sale and use of suc4,drugs just as soon as the public can be brought to tolerate such actions" It is why the official position is, now, that there should be no difference between races, between men and women, between young and old, between the criminal and his victim, so that every legal and social relat' ship, which is the skeleton of our culture, shall be altered or remade. And it is why the official position of our leaders is that they can and will do nothing regarding the present explosion of physiologically vicious pornography which is being poured upon our people by every media; publishing, the movies, and by TV. For these leaders of government, under the influence of this "Other Religion, " desire to emphasize and to promote the physical side of man's nature while denying, altogether, that other side, the spiritual, and the fact that man may partake in the divine nature and that he was made in the image of God.

For to the leaders of this "Other Religion" there is not a divine nature. Man was not created by God, but by Evolution. He is only another animal and he must now be made to realize this fact' All pretensions to divinity must be eradicated so that the members of society can be equalized and reduced to beasts so that they may be harmoniously fitted into the herd. Man must become just another form of domesticated

animal. This is the ultimate meaning of that motto "Novus Ordo Seculorum. "This is the ultimate social goal of the Priests of that "Other Religion."

We are, in their eyes, in the period of necessary destruction known as the "Red Terror" where everyone and everything about the existing cultural order must be placed under attack to be destroyed or, at the very least, neutralized and rendered harmless. They see a future with the ancient form of order re-established with the people reduced to an unresisting mass; with a society of near-slaves once more under the rule of the class of self-appointed "Enlightened Ones, " (Intellectuals) a Priestly-Official class which will have gathered unto itself all remaining religious, political and financial power under one head. Thus, they think, Christ and Christianity will be overthrown, and Christ's message, the way to God through Him; and the parallel political right of man to self-rule will be forever ended.

THE UNSEEN FORCE   CHAPTER II

 

When one's eyes are opened, the operations of this Priest-directed, man-worshipping, "Other Religion" may be traced from the earliest recorded times down through the historical record to the present day and hour. The origin of this religion was with Nimrod, the builder of Babylon; that it was he and his Priests who laid down the foundations of this religion; who set up the worship of God-in Man, and the worship of the Life Force and introduced phallic-worship, denying the work of the Creator, the authorship and authority of God. For this sin, God confused the tongues of the people of Babylon and spread them over the earth which had heretofore been of one language. The religion, of course, has continued to function, for mankind has never ceased to sin. And, to this day, the highest goals of this "Other Religion" are to return the world to that state as it was under Nimrod. The goals remain: One Language, One Single Type of World Humanity, One Single World Religion under One World Government.

The Priest-controlled "Other Religion" continued to dominate and to rule the peoples of the ancient world excepting only God's Chosen People, the Israelites. And even with these, we read, again and again, of their struggles with the "Other Religion" and of their repeated lapses into idolatry. The creation and worship of the Golden Calf (Exodus 32). The setting up of the worship of the goddess Ashtoroth and other pagan deities by King Solomon in his later years (I Kings 11:4-7).

And later they built "High Places" in every city, and set up groves (delimbed trees; i.e. , totem poles) II Kings 8-17. And yet later, there was the practice of pagan rituals in underground lodges outside the walls of Jerusalem by the 70 leaders of Israel. (Ezekiel 8) At the time of Christ, while the letter of the Mosaic Law was being still observed officially by the Jews, their government and religious life were being controlled completely by the High Priests, the Pharisees and the Sadducees.

When John the Baptist and Christ began their ministries preaching the doctrine of repentance and of personal salvation through Grace, the reaction of the Priesthood was swift. John was taken into prison and shortly executed. Christ, when He had completed His ministry and when He had developed a vast following and was on the brink of overturning the religious establishment, was taken into custody by these same Priests. He was condemned and convicted without proper trial, and was crucified, not for any overt political actions which He had taken but for doctrinal reasons alone.

The Jews, as a race, are often condemned as the crucifiers of Christ; but this is not at all accurate, for Christ was taken, condemned, and executed by the will of the Priesthood. The Apostles were all Jewish, except for Luke, and a great proportion of the Jewish people heard and believed and became Christians within the next few years. Christ stands toward the Jewish people today in the same relationship as He stood toward them in that day--as their Messiah, their Saviour, and their Redeemer. It is the Priesthood, not the Jewish people, who are guilty of His blood.

Indeed, the persecutions of the Christians, a persecution directed by the Pharisees and the Sadducees, never ceased so long as these Priests held civil power. Twenty years later, when the Apostle Paul, who had been ministering in Asia Minor and Greece, returned back into Jerusalem, he, too, was taken and put on trial by these same Priests, only escaping by appeal to Rome under whose protective house-arrest he remained for the rest of his days. We are told that 40 Priests or their followers formed a conspiracy and swore a blood oath to murder Paul, on sight, without trial. (Acts 23:12-13)

During the Middle Ages, the "Other Religion, " which never ceased to function was, on the surface, overshadowed by the rise of Christianity. In the East, it was more bold and one of its manifestations was the Cult of the Assassins which attempted to exercise political control of Asia Minor from behind a screen of secrecy, murdering all rulers and government officials who would not accept their directions and the rise of rule by the sword of Islam, Mohammedanism.

Following the Crusades, the principle tenets of the "Other Religion" were imported into Europe by the returning Order of the Knights Templar, which had been founded in 1118 to guard the shrines of Jerusalem, and the Knights of Malta, founded a century before. During their long stay in the East, they made the acquaintance certainly; and many believe they made an alliance with The Old Man of the Mountain, the Grand Master of the Assassins, and were initiated into their rites. For certain, the returned Knights were rich and powerful, and they took up the worldly role of international banking and internal trade since their widespread organization made this practice possible.

The Order, religiously, had, however, become corrupted and had adopted the ideas from the East, from the Kabbala, and had discarded the Christian faith. When these facts became widely known at the beginning of the 14th Century, the Templars were brought to trial for heresy in both France and Italy by the King of France, Phillip the Good, and by Pope Clement V.

The specific charges were that the Knights in their rituals of

Initiation:

I - Desecrated the Cross by spitting upon it.

2 - Denied the Divinity of Christ.

3 - Worshipped the head of an idol; the representation of Baphomet, an incarnation of the Devil who, they held, was the true god of the world. (8)

Many, including the Grand Master Jacques DuMollay, confessed the truth of these charges, some under torture, some without It is of significance, however, that all of the confessions were quite similar in the accounts given of the rites with very little difference in details. It is probably true that only the leaders understood the whole significance and goals of the Order, while many lesser members had continued in ignorance or had been forced into silence, which is most common in all secret societies. By 1314, DuMollay and many of the leaders had been executed and the Order broken up.  But such religious ideas, once introduced, cannot simply be put down by legal action alone. They must be combatted by prayer and sound^-doctrine. Later, another and quite similar secret Order was formed in Germany: The Knights of the Rosy Cross or Rosicrucians, descendants of which still exist today. It is said, too, that during the prosecution of the Templars in France, a small band of Templars escaped to Kilwinning in Scotland where they founded a new Temple in 1307. This, in Masonic tradition, is the foundation for what is now called "The Scottish Rite. "

That is, of course, now ancient history; but where, we may ask, is the "Other Religion" operating today? Christians and patriotic citizens in America and in every nation are in a state of confusion. They can see the decline in Christian faith and morality, and they everywhere about them see the rise of a multitude of non-Christian religious sects and political movements; and, yet, and yet... where is the center of it all? We see such a rabid increase in the religion of Astrology that a high priestess, such as Jeanne Dixon, becomes the confidant and the advisor of financiers and of Presidents. A (Carroll Righter) publishes a nationally syndicated column on Astrology which is carried in every major newspaper and is read daily by millions. Astrology is a powerful religious force in these peoples' lives. The basis of the occult (Satan worship).

We see movies produced which have as their aim the exposition and promotion of absolutely diabolical and anti-Christian themes. Movies such as "Rosemary's Baby" (The Antichrist), "The Graduate, " "The Magus, " "The Exorcist, " "The Eye of the Devil, "etc. These films are made by men who are already millionaires and who do not need money; they are shown by theatre owners, in every city, who are otherwise

ordinary businessmen. The question that reasonable men have so far been unable to answer is, "Why?" Why do they do it? What can their motive be?

Among our youth, Eastern cults such as Zen Buddhism and the Hare Krishna Cult have been imported and are recruiting our sons and daughters in great numbers. Their converts can be seen on the downtown corners of every city passing out their literature, soliciting funds, and recruiting more members to their beliefs. Courses are being offered in high schools and universities in the practice of witchcraft. And yet, the organized denominations of the Christian faith are engaged in a seemingly unstoppable slide, away from the fundamentals of the Word of God towards moral relativism, the higher criticism, and situation ethics.

We see, and sense, the power and effects of the "Other Religion" as an unseen force affecting, for the worse, every facet of our lives. It is there, unseen only because we have been blinded by its deceptions.

This "Other Religion" not only exists but also is well organized. It has over 5, 000, 000 members in the United States alone, some of whom live on your street, go to your church, and work with you on your job. The temples of their religion are some of the most prominent religious structures in every city and town in America, for they are the Temples of Freemasonry.

To the uninitiated and to many Masons themselves, those who are naive, who are only partially interested, or who have remained only in the lower degrees, Masonry appears to be only a social organization, a place to go, once or twice a month, in order to meet other congenial men in the business and political community for the purposes of innocent fellowship and brotherhood. And this is the public impression that Masonry wishes to present.

But those Masons who have advanced to the higher degrees and those with any wit and intelligence know better. They know that Masonry has a more serious purpose. The Lodge Room is decorated with Pythagorean triangles, squares, and circles inscribed upon the floor. Egyptian columns and radiant symbols of the Sun decorate one wall. These are symbols of a pagan and esoteric religion. Masons contend that they are preserving the "Wisdom of the East. " To confirm this, they have related sub-groups which they call "The Eastern Star" and "The Mystic Shrine. When asked how far to the East do they mean, they reply, "All the way to the East. " But, if this is true as they say it is, all the way to the East and all the way back in time in religious matters leads back to Babylon, to Nimrod and to the roots of the "Other Religion. "

The Mason may reply that this is not true, for Masonry advises its members to continue in the church or religion of their choice, if they wish to do so, whether that religion be Protestant, Catholic, Jewish, or Mohammedan, or some other. But the member is also told these religions are only varying aspects of the same thing. That Moses, Christ, and Mohammed, or Buddha were all great teachers, but not divine. They were great leaders and their teachings have been wise and beneficial; but they, themselves, were all trained by the Priests of the Ancient Mysteries, and all were subordinate to the true God of the Universe which is, in Masonry, called the Great Architect of the Universe; (the Life Source; i. e. , the Sun, Baal). Masons are required to believe in God, but which god? Any concept of God is considered satisfactory; but Joshua proclaimed:

Now therefore fear the LORD, and serve him in sincerity and in truth: and put away the gods which your fathers served on the other side of the flood, and in Egypt; and serve ye the LORD. And if it seem evil unto you to serve the LORD, choose you this day whom ye will serve; whether the gods which your fathers served that were on the other side of the flood, or the gods of the Amorites, in whose land you dwell: but as for me and my house, we will serve the LORD. (Joshua 24:14, 15)

Masonry bases the New Life on one Hiram Abiff of Tyre, an Ammonite Baal worshipper. Masonry accepts any god as long as the worship does not require the belief that that god is the only way to Heaven. This is the doctrine of Masonry; this is the source of Masonic toleration. Albert Pike, who is the greatest Masonic authority upon the subject of Masonic philosophy, in his work, "Morals and Dogma, " states:

Masonry existed as it now exists, the same in spirit and at heart, not only when Solomon built the Temple, but centuries before--before the first colonies immigrated into Southern

India, Persia, and Egypt, from the cradle of the human race. (9)

Masonry is an esoteric religion; that is, its tradition and essential teachings are hidden and veiled from the ignorant and "unworthy. " The members are plainly told that behind the mumbo-jumbo of the work in the Lodge, there are hidden meanings.

Masonry, the successor of the Mysteries, still follows the ancient manner of teaching. Her ceremonies are like ancient mystic shows--not the reading of an essay, but the opening of a problem, requiring research, and constituting philosophy the arch-expounder. Her symbols are the instruction she gives. The lectures are endeavors, often partial and onesided, to interpret these symbols. He who would become

an accomplished Mason must not be content merely to hear, or even to understand, the lectures; he must, aided by them, and they having, as it were, marked out the way for him, study, interpret, and develop these symbols for himself. (10)

The intelligent grasp and unravel these hidden meanings slowly, by degrees. The ignorant or the disinterested fall back. As one degree is accomplished, the candidate asks to be further "illuminated;" he asks for "more light, " indicating that he wishes to proceed. This is granted only if his superiors feel that he is worthy to proceed. It is a form of gradual elimination; the innocent are left behind, and the clever and more cunning are taken ahead. In the higher degrees, the Mason should have no doubt that Masonry is a religion--and a pagan one at that. For, if he has been a serious student, he has been told that if he is to understand the true meaning of Masonry he must go back and understand and study the ancient Mysteries of Isis and Osirus and the Kabbala.

Though Masonry is identical with the ancient Mysteries, it is so only in this qualified sense: that it presents but an imperfect image of their brilliancy, the ruins only of their grandeur, and a system that has experienced progressive alterations, the fruits of social events, political circumstances, and the ambitious imbecility of its improvers. (11)

Here, in the words of Masonry's greatest authority, we have the plain admission that the purpose of Masonry is to restore, in their purest form, the Sacred Mysteries, the ancient, phallic, pagan religions. And once the essential elements of these ancient cults is understood, the phallic significance of many Masonic symbols such as the Apron, the Compass and the Square, and the letter "G" become readily apparent. (12)

Many Masons may protest that they are honorable men and that they have never understood Masonry in this light; that they, personally, are innocent of any wrong intentions. Perhaps, but if they are innocent, why have they submitted themselves to terrible oaths in an organization which told them, in advance, that its motives and ultimate goals might always be a mystery to them? By their membership and by their submissions, they have given assent and must be accountable for all the actions of the Order, whatsoever.

Some will say, "The oaths are meaningless. " Perhaps. But we ask, "If the oaths were meaningless, why then did you take them?" How could they accept a moral code that applied only to fellow Masons and their families, as the Talmud requires, not the Bible? How could the

32-degree swear to hide all crimes of a brother, including murder, rape, treason, accept the Arch, Jubelo, the all-seeing god, the combined Jehovah-Baal (Bel) Osirus, with Baal, the Pentagon (being the keystone of the arch)?

A standard defense, used by many Masons, is the statement, "Perhaps you are right about the past, but Masonry today is harmless. Why, the Lodges are empty. "

It is the required practice of Masons not to answer questions or criticisms of the Order directly, but to redirect the question, or to change the subject. They do not meet attacks directly. Their method is to deflect them. They answer that, "the Lodges are empty, "but see for yourself. When the local Lodge or Shrine holds its next public meeting or dinner, make it a point to drop in and to look at the assembly. There, you will see a meeting, well attended by the most prominent men in your area, most of the leaders of business and politics, all of the lawyers and judges, and not a few "ministers " of the Gospel as well. These are the men who hold in their hands the control of your city and of our Nation. May this not explain why so many unpopular programs are promoted and forced upon the public by the united action of business, political, and religious leaders of all faiths?

Presently, the issue of the bussing of school children back and forth across our cities to achieve racial balance (brotherhood) is a program that is vastly unpopular with the citizens of all races. Referendum elections in many cities have proven this. And yet, nowhere are there any politicians, business, or religious leaders of any prominence, who will publicly oppose this action should the Federal Government order its full implementation. Why? Why this concerted and identical action, or lack of action, on the part of all these men? They do not know each other and do not have anything in common with each other, except for one thing: they are all brothers in the Lodge or allied organizations; and, if it is the "Word" in the Lodge that bussing must be implemented, then the most prominent lawyers, judges, and businessmen, across the country, will act as one unit. They may not personally agree with the decision; but "bussing" it must be, for they have placed the will of the Order above their own mere personal desires.

The depth and persuasiveness of the influence of Freemasonry upon the lives of its members, both great and small, may be illustrated by the following examples:

This is a recently printed obituary notice from a small mid-western city. The proper names are fictional, and it is abridged, but otherwise is copied verbatim.

"George Smith, lifelong musician and founder of Smith Music Company died Monday at the age of 82.

Rose Croix services will be held at 11 a. m. , Wesnesday, at the White Chapel Shrine of Rest, the Altamont Scottish Rite Association officiating.

In 1917 he joined the Navy and played in John Phillip Sousa's Band. He went overseas as director of the Band on the USS Tennessee. After his discharge, he came to Altamont and founded Smith Music Company.

He directed the Altamont Church Choir for several years, then the choir of the First Baptist Church for 19 years. He was a charter member of the Lion's Club, a member of the Summer Night Club, a member of the Shrine and other Masonic Bodies, a Charter member of the Culinary Club.

He directed the Altamont College Glee Club, the Film Chorus, The Business Girls Glee Club, The West Side Male Chorus, The Shrine Charters, and The Temple Quartet.

He was a member of the First United Methodist Church. He was survived by "

The example of a man who, by most any standard, must be considered a model to his community. And yet, his noble actions were not performed by him as a free individual but as a disciplined member of a secret society. In truth, the Lodge, not his church, was the dominant power over his life, as is demonstrated by the observance of his funeral. For though he had, all his life, been a member of one church or another, he chose, at his death, to be buried with the last rites of Freemasonry. Rites of the "Other Religion. "

At an entirely different level of society, we have the example of Mr. J. P. Morgan, a man who, in the late 19th and early 20th Centuries, was one of the richest and most powerful financiers in America. Many critics of Morgan, in those days, accused Morgan of monopolistic practices and of intervening into the political affairs of the United States and of foreign nations. But such charges were never widely believed for what motive could a man as rich and as powerful as J. P. Morgan have to engage in any business or political affair that was less than honorable. Certainly none. There was, however, a secret to his great wealth for the House of Morgan was, in actuality, the representative or "front" for the Rothschild interests in America.

In his later years, Mr. Morgan owned a yacht as was customary

among the super-wealthy; and, in those days if you owned a yacht, it was also customary that you were permitted to design and to fly your own personal flag so that you could be identified at sea. Mr. Morgan's personal flag was most revealing, for it was a red flag with a white star and crescent moon upon it representing the star and crescent moon symbolic of the Mystic Shrine of Masonry, honoring the one institution to which, Morgan must have felt, he owed true loyalty and allegiance. (13)

As Albert Pike stated:

The power of the purse or the sword, compared to that of

the spirit, is poor and contemptible. As to lands, you may have agrarian laws and equal partition. But a man's intellect is all his own, held direct from God, an inescapable fief. It is the most potent of weapons in the hands of a paladin. If the people apprehend Force in the physical sense, how much more do they reverence the intellectual! Ask Hildebrand or Luther, or Loyola. They fall prostrate before it as an idol. The mastery of mind over mind is the only quest worth having. (14)

The ramifications and the possibilities for exercising a dominating control over the mind of society by the means of such a secret organization as Freemasonry, it can be seen, are almost unlimited. And in the house of Masonry there are many mansions; for Masons, by their nature, are a sociable group who create or enter into many other clubs, service and fraternal groups, where, because of their motivation and somewhat superior training and cohesive organization, they can and do become the leading members.

It is safe to say that the lesser fraternal organizations and service groups--the Oddfellows, the Order of the Moose, the Eagles, Kiwanis, and Rotary, locally and nationally, are usually dominated by officers who just happen, also, to be Masons. It is the belief of Masons that it is their duty and their right to be the guides of society; that they are superior beings in intellect; and that the commonalty of mankind should be grateful for their guidance.

Among the Jewish community, a group more firmly united by their racial and religious heritage than the rest of society, the parallel to the Order of Freemasonry is B'nai B'rith (The Sons of The Covenant). This group was founded in 1843 in New York City, and has grown with our Nation and has now become the most important, by far, of all Jewish fraternal or service organizations in its power and influence. None question its Jewishness; and, yet, in its own authorized history, it is admitted by the writer that B'nai B'rith was founded by 12 men who, though they were Jewish by birth, were also, in fact, Masons and

Odd Fellows.

"These few (founders) included Henry Jones (Jonas), Issac Rosenbourg, William Renau, and Reuben Rodacher. They met, apparently, because they were members of the Free Masons or Odd Fellows as well as several benevolent societies. " (15)

At the second meeting, these founders introduced a complete constitution based entirely on Masonic rituals.

"Messrs. Jones and Renau had been industrious because they came up with a whole arsenal of regalias, outward signs for each of the degrees and for each of the Constitution Grand Lodge officers, as well as signs, grips, and passwords, for the general membership. " (16)

The first meetings were held in Masonic Lodges.

"The Masonic Home at the corner of Oliver and Henry Streets was rented for $2 per night; and on November 12, 1843, at 8 p. m. , the first meeting of the first B'nai B'rith Lodge was called to order by Henry Jones as temporary Chairman. It was named New York Lodge #1, and is still flourishing. " (17)

And, finally, if there is any doubt as to the intent of the founders, even the Aprons of Masonry were adopted, although there were some protests that their use was unscriptural. An attempt was made in the convention of 1866 by Rabbi E. M. Friedlein to eliminate its use but the resolution was defeated.

"The majority wanted Aprons. " (18)

That B'nai B'rith, the most prominent and influential force in Jewish thought today, has had, and probably still has, such a working alliance with Freemasonry is a fact that has largely been unappreciated by both Jews and Christians. It goes far to explain many of the political and social positions that Jewish leaders have taken in recent times. These are facts which it would pay all Americans to keep in mind, Jew and Christian alike; for it is the aim of the "Other Religion" to subvert and to destroy all other faiths and forms of society, Judaism not excepted. Many Jews, it must be assumed, have been attracted to the study of and to membership in Freemasonry and into support of B'nai B'rith because they have recognized within their teachings large elements of the ancient Kabbala; not understanding that the Kabbala itself is a fraud and not of Jewish origin, perpetrated upon the Jews by the Gentiles, the Priests of the Ancient Mysteries.

The Kabbala has been a great tool of the "Other Religion. " It asserts as an object of Jewish veneration the symbol of the Adam Kadmon in the style of a Platonic Ideal; the "ideal" "perfected man, "an idol; the worship of which is idolatry. And, although the authors could not bring the Jews to polytheism, the Adam Kadmon is an idol with many separate attributes, and aspects, which is polytheism, reintroduced, in another form. The Kabbala was a system designed to separate the Jew from the Christian and to set them at enmity toward one another, and to convince the Jews that the authors of all their troubles, both real and imaginary, are somehow to be found in the Christian world.

It must be recognized that, in a religious sense, there are three classes of people in the world: the Jews, the Christians, and that great class of humanity which is neither one nor the other, the Gentiles. Judaism and Christianity, which is itself founded on Judaism, are locked in an internal religious debate which will one day find its resolution, but both have falsely assumed that the world of the Gentiles was a simply atheistic one, filled with unbelief. But was this so in ancient times? The Gentiles had their own religion then, and it is becoming more apparent they have their own religion now. It was not atheism then, and it is not atheism now. It is the religion of ancient Egypt, of Greece and Babylon, the worship of God-in-Man, the Ancient Mysteries Revived.

In 1826, Captain William Morgan published the rites of Blue Lodge Freemasonry (first three degrees). He was abducted by his fellow Masons and held prisoner in Fort Niagara's powder magazine. Many consultations were held as to what to do with the prisoner; and, finally, a committee of eight was selected by the Lodge. They met and decided upon death. By lot, three were chosen to execute the sentence. Morgan was taken by the three and rowed to the center of the Niagara River, his body weighted, and he was pushed by Henry L. Valance, who confessed on his deathbed, into the waters. Mr. Miller, the publisher, was also kidnapped but was rescued by the citizens of Batavia, New York. (19)

As a result of the above, 45, 000 of the 50, 000 Freemasons in the United States withdrew. The scandal went to the courts, statehouse and governor's office, before it was over. Adhering Masons were put out of the Christian churches. Masonry was almost destroyed by the courage of one man.

Three years later, a master Mason, Joseph Smith, founded Mormonism. Smith was made a martyr when he was gunned down in a Carthage, Illinois, jail by brother Masons, even while giving both the Masonic distress signal of the raised arms and attempting the oral signal, "Oh lord, my god, is there no help for the widow's son?"; i. e. , calling on Hiram Abiff, his saviour. (20) Brigham Young, also Worshipful Master of his lodge, continued the cult which uses in its secret

temple worship, the Apron, the Mason's secret signs of cutting the throat, tearing the breast, and ripping open the bowels. The use of mystic undergarment with the compass and the square over the breasts, which garment is to protect the wearer from evil, the use of secret passwords, and the claim that man is god. 'As man is, god was; as god is, man shall become;" i. e. , man is an embyro god, and god is a physical man. This cult claims to be Christian, but what it really claims is that all men are Christ. (21)

Mr. Russell's cult, which grew into Christian Science, is nothing but ancient Hinduism, of mind. Russell was also a Master Mason. These cults claim to recognize the Bible but always claim that it is the Bible plus the Talmud, Kabbala, Book of Mormon, Science and Health, Papal decrees, Koran, etc. They claim to be either Christian or Jewish while denying the correctness and completeness of Scripture. They are counterfeit Christians and worship, knowingly or unknowingly, the 'great counterfeiter, " Satan.

The Methodist, Baptist, and other so-called Protestant churches again accepted Masons as members after the Civil War. Soon the position of the Christian brotherhood of born-again believers versus the brotherhood of Satan, to the Masonic concept of the brotherhood of all men--the concept of humanism. The churches ceased being Christian; i. e. , theocratic (God Rule) and supported the Satanic position of man rule (democratic). Satan's old lie: "For God doth know that in the day ye eat thereof, then your eyes shall be opened, and ye shall be as gods, knowing good and evil, " (democrats) (Genesis 3:5)

Above and outside these visible forms of organized fraternal and service groups stand the higher leaders of the world movement. Masons, themselves, say that the purest Masons are the invisible Masons, whose knowledge is perfection, but who are so highly placed that they may not publicly reveal themselves as Masons, and who have never entered a Lodge. These are the "All Wise Ones, "the true Priests of the "Other Religion" who look down upon the membership of the lower, organized fraternal groups as "asses, "beasts of burden, fools, who will work, forever, blindly and willingly, for leaders and for a cause they will never understand.

These "Wise Ones" are the leaders of our world. They have been selected for their brilliance and their lack of morality and have been trained to become the heads of our universities, to staff our think tanks, to edit our magazines, newspapers, and television news; they have been selected and trained to become the leaders of government and of national and international finance. These are the "rational" "reasonable" men who now head the governments of the world, the "moral" men who are leading the world step-by-step from freedom, downwards, toward

slavery under a single world government and to be merged into a single world religion. Many attempts have been made to identify and to define this group, some calling this the conspiracy of "International Finance, " others identifying the "Pilgrim Society, "the "Bilderberger Group," the "Communist Conspiracy," or "The Establishment. " But, the connections between them all have been difficult to maintain. Each definition has been only a partial view of the truth, for the hitherto unseen, or unmentioned, unifying factor has been religious. These men, these leaders of the world, who fly back and forth across the planet making war and peace are, in fact, the Wizards, the Magi, the Priests of the "Other Religion. " Their identities should be self-evident, for they identify themselves, and it is by their fruits that they should be recognized and marked.

To the reader, such an assertion may, at first, seem incredible; but what other explanation is there?

After the Civil War, the Reverend Charles T. Finney, one of the greatest Christian evangelists of the 19th Century, wrote a book exposing Freemasonry (which he had joined in 1813 and withdrew from after his Christian conversion in 1822). He states that he assumed that Freemasonry had died in the United States after Morgan's death but found that it had revived (1866). Finney predicted that if Masons were not put out and kept out of the churches that the Faith would be destroyed; and, if Masons (who had made and adhered to the terrible, immoral oaths of Masonry) were allowed to continue in places of public trust, that the Republic would be destroyed. (22)

And, on occasion, the Priests of the "Other Religion, " in their power and self-confidence, cannot resist the temptation to leave a symbol of their power standing in the open. In the lobby of the United Nations Building in New York City, that home for the World Government to come, there is set up one, and only one, religious monument.  It is a memorial to the God, the Supreme God of the Ancient World, and the God to be of the New World these priests expect to create. It is a representation of the God which, as Masons say, "in whom all men can agree. " It is a three-story high statue of the Greek God, Zeus. (Zeus is the Greek name for Baal. )

THE FRENCH REVOLUTION THEN AND NOW CHAPTER III

 

Historically, it can be shown that Masonry, a world-wide religion, has never been satisfied with the role of innocent, self-amusement. From the beginning of its modern history in the 17th Century, it has sought to enter into and to control the political, financial, and religious affairs of every country in which it has gained sufficient strength with which to make the attempt. The French Revolution of 1789 provides a classical example.

The French Revolution was not the spontaneous uprising of the peasants of France against the oppressions of Monarchy, which is the view now presented to us in the standard histories. French intellectual society had, long before 1789, been completely revolutionized by Masonic thinking. This was what was meant by the words, "Enlightenment, "or "Illumination. " This period was called the 'Age of Enlightenment. " The intellectuals of France, both large and small, who were later to become the leaders of the Revolution, were Masons: Voltaire, Diderot, Mirabeau, Sieyes, Fouche, Tallyrand, Robespierre, and the Due d'Orleans. This is why events moved so swiftly after 1789 towards the Terror. There had been a plan of revolution made far in advance. Revolutions as complex and far-reaching as the one in France do not "just happen. " In its initial stages, the Revolution was financed, probably, by Fredrick the Great of Prussia, who was secretly the Grand Master of Masonry in the Germanies, and was definitely financed by the cousin of the French King, the dissolute Duc d'Orleans who had been made the Grand Master of the Masonic Order, the Grand Orient of France, and who had been told by his Masonic brothers that, when the Revolution was accomplished, they would then make him King. It was the Duc d'Orleans who paid the mob which marched from Paris to attack and, if possible, to assassinate the King at Versailles. And, when Parisian mobs could no longer be paid to commit acts of sufficient violence, it was he who imported hired bands of thugs and criminals from outside the City who were given the name "Marseillais, " whose memory is now celebrated in the national anthem of France.

At the time of the Revolution, there were 600 Masonic Lodges in operation in France. It was Freemasonry which assaulted the monarchy of France and brought it crashing down, not the ordinary citizens of France. The infamous Jacobin Club, which became the leading party in the Left of the General Assembly, had been founded as a Masonic Lodge, first known as the Club Breton by Mirabeau and Tallyrand shortly before the Revolution. This goes far to explain the discipline and cohesiveness of this political group.

That the Revolution did not entirely go according to plan and that many of the leaders, falling into mad excesses, lost their own lives, does not alter the fact that the Revolution, throughout its course, was directed by members of the Masonic Order. Certain more balanced and clever figures served in every successive regime and found employment even in the restored Bourbon government which followed the Illuminated Mason, Napoleon. Notable among these are, Sieyes, one of the Directors with Napoleon; Fouche, the head of Napoleon's Secret Police; and Tallyrand, his Secretary of State.

The truth is that, although the French Revolution was forced to compromise with the rest of the world, for a time, its work has never been reversed; and its doctrines have continued to spread over the world above and below the surface, to this day. Although the most virulent form of militant Masonry, the Illuminati, was outlawed in Europe, nothing could contain its spread and continuation, underground; and this movement visibly resurfaced in the year 1848 in the revolutions which swept Europe and in the publication of the Communist Manifesto by the "illuminated Masons, " Marx and Engles.

The history of the open Communist Movement since that time to the present is well known, but what has often perplexed and outraged students of the Communist operations have been the mysterious examples of aid and assistance which have been granted to the overt Communist countries by the governments of Europe and America. Such questions as: Why did England act as a host country for Marx and Engles and for the early Communist Party during the 19th Century? Why, in 1917, was a known revolutionary such as Trotsky, who was living as a tailor in New York City, given $50, 000, 000 by large financial interests and bankers in New York and given safe passage to Petrograd? This money paid for the Russian Revolution. Why did the German government ship Lenin across Germany from Switzerland to Russia, during wartime, to organize the Russian Revolution? Why has the government of the United States repeatedly saved the Communist regime of Russia from the brink of physical and financial disaster time and time again, by the legal recognition of the Soviet Government in 1933; by Lend-Lease in 1941; by huge grants of economic assistance, industrial equipment, and by the sale of wheat and other food supplies on terms which amount to outright gifts? Why are such acts committed if these governments are really enemies?

The answer can only be that the financial leadership and the governments of the western nations have some mysterious, secret, bond with the governments of the Communist world. It is a bond that resembles nothing so much as that relationship that would exist, within a family, between stronger and weaker brothers, or such as would ideally exist in the brotherhood of the Lodge.

It is reported by eyewitnesses that in the city of Leningrad there is

a large Czarist church which has now been converted into a Museum of Atheism. It is divided into various areas, each of which has displays depicting the horrors of Christian life. The Patron Saint of this Museum to Atheism is commemorated by busts and portraits which are placed between each of the exhibit areas; and, surprisingly, they are not of any Russian--they are busts and portraits of Voltaire.

The French Revolution, which we assume to be an event of the distant past, is not at all over. It is a continuing Revolution, being repeated again and again, in countries large and small, all over the world. Step-by-step, by intellectual subversion, by propaganda, and by legislation, where possible; by assassination, by terror, and by war, where necessary, the Revolution proceeds. In those countries and in those parts of the world where its methods and intrigues have brought it victory, it is called Communism, for that is its political fulfillment. But, on a higher plane, this is the triumph of the "Other Religion" over Christians. The Priesthood is in the form of the Central Committee of the Party, God as Creator is denied, and the Great Architect of the Universe is supplied with his power of Evolution (Generation). The ordinary citizen who lacks the intelligence or the cunning to reach Priestly (Party) rank is considered as being without any soul whatever and is employed as a beast of burden. Without God, then, is it not proper that the strong and clever should rule the weak and ignorant? Such is the logic and the glorious goal of the Revolution.

In the United States, the processes of the same (French) Revolution are well advanced. This is the meaning of all the violence, the change, the welter of seeming insoluble problems which seem to plague us so relentlessly. The current situation is well described by Garret in his book, The People's Pottage, written in 1938.

There are those who still think they are holding the pass against a revolution that may be coming up the road. But they are gazing in the wrong direction. The revolution is behind them. It went by in the night of Depression, singing songs to freedom.

There are those who have never ceased to say very earnestly, "Something is going to happen to the American form of government if we don't watch out. " These were the innocent disarmers. Their trust was in words. They had forgotten their Aristotle. More than 2,000 years ago, he wrote of what can happen within the form, when "one thing takes the place of another, so that the ancient laws will remain, while the power will be in the hands of those who have brought revolution in the state. " (19)

Was it not at this time, 1935, that the leaders of the "Other Religion" felt emboldend enough, by their acquisition of legal power to place

their emblem upon our currency?

But America today is not the France of the 18th Century. What occurred in 1789-1794, the destruction of a society by the ruthless use of pure violence, was not possible in a nation as stable and powerful as was the United States in 1935. What was accomplished in 5 years in France has taken 40 years in America, and the Revolution has not been completed yet. But the processes and the steps have been the same and our leaders are working towards the same end--the establishment of a single ruling body, first nationally, then internationally, directed by and in partnership with a single world religion. A religion whose God is not Jehovah, but a deistic, pantheistic "God of Humanity" under whom all the peoples of the world are supposedly to find shelter but by whom, actually, they will be enslaved.

Among the musical instruments of ancient Egypt, there was one called the Sistrum which consisted of a metal strip bent into a hoopshaped ring with a handle attached to it. Through this ring were passed three or four loose metal rods whose ends were bent over so they could not slide out. These were free to slide back and forth and to make a noise like a rattle or a tambourine. This instrument came to be, also, a religious symbol as well as a musical instrument. A Sistrum is often shown in pictures of the Goddess Isis held in her right hand. Its meaning was to illustrate the principle of to-and-fro motion and to convey the idea that it is necessary to constantly agitate and to confuse mankind in order to rule them.

The method of our modern revolutionaries is the same--to create in the mental and intellectual life of our citizens a constant state of chaos, unrest, and confusion. When the people are confused, the revolutionaries, who are the creators of confusion, can then proceed about their work. Have we not lived, since 1933, under a constant series of Presidentiallyproclaimed crises? New Deals, Depressions, Recessions, World War II, The Cold War, The Korean War, The Sputnik Scare, The Cuba Scare, The Space Race, The Civil Rights Movement, Riots in Every City, The Drug Crisis, Assassinations of a President and many other public figures, The Vietnam War, Crime in the streets, Inflation, Pollution, Economic Controls Phases I and II, and Watergate? It should be apparent to the reader that this has not been simply a series of discrete, unrelated events. These problems were created, deliberately, so that it came to seem to the reader and to the people that a solution to each was necessary. And the solution first suggested and then provided has always been a solution provided by the Federal Government. As each solution is provided, a new Government Department or Bureau is set up; and the Federal Government, by regulation, takes over one more area formerly controlled by local government or the private citizen.

The examples of this process of problem-creation by the Federal

Government are numerous. In the field of monetary policy, our leaders, by removing gold as a guarantee from behind our paper and by removing silver from our coinage, have created a currency that is essentially worthless. The value of this currency, at any given time, is only what the Government is able, temporarily, to convince the public that it is. As confidence in this kind of currency is constantly eroding, a permanent inflation continues without letup. This process of steady inflation, which has been induced since 1933, has been the Great Tool of this regime. With this tool of inflation, the Government has set class against class, labor against capital, rich against poor, the farmer against the city, in a permanent state of class-warfare; each side or group blaming some other for the difficulties that it, itself, is experiencing.

Into these situations steps the Federal Government as a "friend" of everyone. It then provides subsidies (and regulations) for farmers, labor laws (and regulation) for the working class, banking laws (and regulation) for commerce. In fact, its "help" and regulations have severely altered the lives of every class and put all under the yoke of the Welfare State.

As confidence in our worthless money begins to fall faster and faster, we develop a situation called "runaway inflation" which the Government blames on both business and labor (the wage-price spiral) and it sets up by decree the wage and price controls of Phases I, II, and III. And, ultimately, with this worthless currency hanging over our heads like a Sword of Damocles, the Government, by a few simple announcements, could bring down upon us a titanic financial crisis which may, at their pleasure, paralyze the Nation. When and if they wish, our leaders, under these conditions, could nationalize all jobs, as well as all corporate and private property and place our people, permanently, under an economic yoke of iron.

Problems Created-Problems Solved.

The riots and destruction which occurred in over 200 cities during 1964-1968 were carried out by organized groups of agitators who were encouraged and incited to take such actions by Federal officials. These agitators were financed either directly by the Federal Government or by grants from Tax-exempt foundations who were permitted this status by Federal favor. The riots which resulted caused a demand for Federal action and the Office of Economic Opportunity was born. The Federal Government, through OEO, is moving towards the control of all welfare and low-income housing with a necessary tax-drain so huge that it impoverishes the local and state governments. Thus, a new problem is created and Revenue-Sharing with cities and states has come into effect which is destroying the independence of the states and cities as separate levels of government.

Problems Created-Problems Solved.

The "Problem of Vietnam, "which is legally not a war, has been entered into and continued for over 12 years not for the purpose of achieving any specific political or military goal but for the purpose of maintaining "the semblance of a state of war" under which the Government could lay on almost confiscatory taxation and could increase all classes of regulation under the necessity of a "war emergency. " Can there be any other answer? There could be no better illustration of the ruthlessness of the leaders of our country and of the leaders of the so-called Communist countries, who are engaged in providing the fake opposition for us in this struggle. These leaders, on both sides, have sacrificed hundreds of thousands of innocent lives--men, women, and children, South Vietnamese, North Vietnamese, and Americans, for

the sole purpose of gaining increased control over the lives of their own citizens, They have slaughtered these innocents without remorse, treating them with no more regard than do the butchers of a packing house as they convert their cattle to beef.

This is the method of the Revolution that is at work here in America. Its manifestations are everywhere; and we are now in the period known, in the French Revolution, as The Terror, where fear, chaos, and confusion become total. The purpose of this wholly-created terror is to finally break the spirit and will of the individual citizen, to cause him to give up the idea of freedom, and of the possibility of self-government, to convince him that America has failed him, and to cause him to cry out for a leader or government, for whom he will do anything, if only that leader or government can effectively restore order. Thus arrives Napoleon, thus Caesar, thus Hitler. It is the picture of free citizens, in absolute defeat, finally holding forth their hands ready and eager to accept the chains of slavery.

In this fashion, the Revolution concludes. As it inevitably must, in any nation without Christ, in any nation who has made its God a humanly-created God, a God of Humanity, a God of Nature. Without Christ, man with all his wisdom can create only dead tyrannies, and tyranny, for them, is the only proper form of government. In Rousseau's celebrated "state of nature, "do not the strong and clever animals prey and feed upon the weaker? Why should it not be the same with men when they have reduced themselves to beasts? Slavery is the natural condition of man when he has denied Christ and given up his soul.

Christian leaders and laymen all recognize the deterioration of our social and political situation. They are appalled by the deceitful actions of our political leaders, and they simply cannot understand how these conditions and events can be permitted to continue under a Christian form of government. This is their stumbling block, for they do not believe the facts that are before their eyes--that the leaders of our Government are the leaders of the World Revolutionary Movement, and

that they are not just un-Christian, or neutrally rationalistic, but that they are dominated by religious convictions which are not Christian at all. These men are the Priests of the "Other Religion, "the Religion that has existed since the beginning of time, the Priest Cult of Babylon, of Egypt, and of Ancient Greece, in alliance with Satan, dedicated to the destruction of Christian faith, Christian individualism, and of all Christian culture. That these leaders are driven by a religious passion in committing these acts of revolution must be without doubt. Nothing less than religious fervor could explain the course of their actions.

THE CHRISTIAN SOLUTION    CHAPTER IV

 

The perplexity of Christians in this age should come to an end. For far too long, they have watched the tides of evil rising about their feet; but they have been unable to come to grips with, or to comprehend, the nature of the problem and they have been unable to understand or to recognize their enemy. Our enemy is not Communism, or Socialism in politics; it is not the Social Doctrine, the New Evangelism, or Liberalism. These are only the outward faces of the enemy. The headquarters of this enemy is not in New York, or in Berlin, or in Moscow. It is anywhere and everywhere that the Priests and Magicians of the "Other Religion" are able to influence and take control of the minds of men. In their drive for power, these Priests use every weapon: lies, deceits, drugs, pornography, false religions, Astrology, and Magic, the promise of release from God's laws--anything that will weaken and destroy the strength and resolution of the Christian. They offer the right to steal and then to kill without punishment; they lead man ever downward.

This is no new enemy. It is the same enemy. The enemy that Christians have faced since the Advent. It is the Pagan, phallic, cult of the Priests in opposition to the revelation of God through Christ. It is the same enemy that Christ and the Apostles faced in Biblical times. It is the enemy that Christians faced in the Middle Ages in the form of the widespread power of witchcraft and diabolical, secret, religious heresies. It is the enemy that Christians faced in the French Revolution, and it is the enemy we face today.

Can such a widespread challenge be faced by the Christian World now? Many say, "This is God's plan. " "The only Christian action possible is to meekly surrender themselves to their deadly enemies, and to retire into religious contemplation in preparation for the Second Coming which will occur within the next 25 years for certain. " Such attempts to set a fixed date for the establishment of Christ's Kingdom, the so-called "Kingdom Message" and the controversies between pre-, post-, and a-millennialism have been manufactured and fostered by our enemies for the very purpose of paralyzing Christian theology. These conjectures and debates are meaningless diversions no matter who is right. For, though the Bible prophesies a sequence of events to come, it specifically tells us not to try to set a date. We are told that the Second Coming will occur when all least expect it. But, whether it occurs tomorrow, or on a day 4, 000 years from now, should be of no concern to a Christian who should always have his affairs in order. This is something we need not know, as Christians are to be found working at the mill. The "Other Religion" can be opposed as soon as Christians leave off from these idle

speculations and return to their proper tasks.

How can this evil be opposed? For Christians, this should be no problem. The answer is in the Bible. The Ancient Hebrews and the Early Christians knew how to fight it. There was no doubt in their minds that they were living surrounded by the Pagan Religion. To them, this was the natural condition. The method and the doctrine of Christ and of His Apostles was Separation--Christian Separation. They cut themselves off from the doctrines and practices of Paganism and they had nothing to do with it. They did not meet evil half-way, for evil mixed with good is evil. Again and again, in both the Old and New Testaments, we are told that God's people must be separate.

"Can two walk together except they be agreed?" (Amos 3:3)

"Now it came to pass, when they had heard the law, that they separated from Israel all the mixed-multitude. " (Nehemiah 13:3)

"Be ye not unequally yoked together with unbelievers: for what fellowship bath righteousness with unrighteousness? And what communion hath light with darkness?"

'And what concord hath God with Belial? Or what part bath he that believeth with an infidel?" (II Corinthians 6:14, 15)

"Wherefore come out from among them, and be ye separate, saith the Lord, and touch not the unclean thing: and I will receive you. " (II Corinthians 6:17)

Why have we been so foolish that we have not understood these lessons? Christians must, once again, come out from among Them. We must be separate from those who have given themselves over to the "Other Religion. " It is not our purpose to do them harm or to submit them to our personal judgment, for they will be judged by their Creator, but to witness to them and, by example, show them the way. Many will hear and will be converted for there is power in the Word, especially when it is put into action. When Christians, as a class, separate themselves, the majority of their personal problems will disappear. They have been in a wrong relationship with God and have been cohabitating with the works of idolatry; this has been the source of their agony. Separated, they are free; and the power of the Priesthood of the "Other Religion "shall wither and retreat, for its source of life will be cut off. Always, it has been a parasite feeding off the produce of its innocent victims.

The potentialities of a separated Christian Body, as we propose, as a political and social force, are tremendous and should be the Christian's

first order of business. But, in a larger sense, we are speaking of a Christian social position and of a Christian culture. We are not speaking of simply establishing a separated religious position or of a separated political position, but of the revival of a Culture through Christian Art, Music, Drama, Economic Order, and Technology. There is an alternative to Caesar--it is the Christian Commonwealth.

Such a Christian Revival has happened before. Has not all of what we call the Modern World with its technological advances, its political forms, and the very great improvements in the everyday life of the individual, been directly due to the revival of Bible-based Christianity which occurred in Europe from the 14th Century onwards ? It was the position of Martin Luther that the Bible alone, and not the committees of ecclesiastical brotherhoods of initiates, which controlled the destinies of mankind and which made possible the development of the concepts of private property, modern business practices, private charity and social concern for the weak and less fortunate; for the idea that political power was to submit to the Word of God. It was only when fundamental Christians separated themselves and when the "divine rights" of the Priesthoods were overthrown that Modern Society began to appear. Prior to that, for a thousand years, life for the ordinary citizen was under the rule of the Priest Cult in the form of aristocrats (a special superior form of man called "Blue Bloods'), knighthoods, which were always mystic Masonic orders, divine right kings, who claimed to be God's chosen, a clergy which claimed to be God's viceroys and a Pope that, after the 8th Century, claimed to be "God with us." Who could resist such power?

In Protestant Christian nations when men became free through the Word of God, they could keep the product they produced, the social and economic explosions which followed were without historic precedence. Scientific inquiry and invention, which had been the hobby of a few curious priests and noblemen, now became the overriding occupation of hundreds of thousands of practical men.

Consider the accomplishments of this Culture. In the space of 400 years, machinery and equipment have freed modern man from most physical labor. In agriculture, we have come from the Stone Age to a point where 10 percent of our people can feed the rest. In business and industry, we have come from the age of barter to the computerized credit card and where our industry can produce more goods than we find time to use. In medicine, we have come from the age of bloodletting to the modern hospital. And, in transportation, we have come, literally, from the age of the ox-cart to the age of the interplanetary spaceship.

In 400 years, this Protestant Christian technological revolution has swept all that is physical before it. Note that it was only in Protestant Northern Germany, Protestant England, and Protestant United States

that the Industrial Revolution ever took place. In all other places that have become industrialized, it was Germans, Englishmen, and Americans who financed, engineered, built, and controlled. It is still true today. Cross the Mexican Border if you want to see the results of the Priest Cult.

In the Western World, Priests, Kings, tyrannical forms of government, pagan doctrines and pagan nations have been borne away on the flood. Nothing physical has stood firm against it. That the world is fast becoming mechanically 'Americanized" is the most fundamental sociological fact of our times. But, as beneficial as these achievements are, most of which are positive improvements in the daily lives of the people of the world, this revolution and these changes have always been viewed by the deposed "Priests"' of the "Other Religion" as a total disaster. It was a calamity to them because they had, temporarily, lost political and religious control.

To re-establish the "Old Order" based upon their man-worshipping, Priest-directed, concept of Order is their constant desire. They well understand the uses of the new technology and the outward forms of Christian culture. As ambitious men, they have entered into and risen to high positions in all fields of modern society. They have become leaders in business, finance, science, religion, and government: It is their method to conspire to promote and advance each other's careers up the ladder of power. They seek power not only through a desire for personal achievement, but for a higher purpose--to gain control over the Christian revolution and to bring it under their command. Their purpose is ultimately religious.

A Thomas Henry Huxley who rises to the pinnacle of success in scientific acclaim uses his scientific position to deny the Creation of God and to 'prove" the theory of evolution.

A Reinhold Neibhur, a great Modern "Christian" thinker, climaxes his life of study by concluding that "God is Dead. "

A brilliant mathematician such as Bertrand Russell makes his reputation as a scientist, but he ends his quest for truth by writing books entitled "Why I am Not a Christian. " These men well know that they must destroy our culture to set up theirs; they must first destroy the idea of the necessity of Salvation through the person of Jesus Christ.

This is the final goal of these Priests. And, in those areas of the world where this goal has been achieved, the results of this destruction are most apparent. Where their Red Flag waves, mankind, deprived of Salvation through Christ, ceases to function almost entirely; and society begins its backward slide into bestiality and savagery.

In Soviet nations, technological progress was frozen in the year 1917. This is a statistical fact. Whatever modern equipment they may possess has been imported or has been created by foreign technicians. Progress, in the Soviet world, is a product only of propaganda. Were this not so, there would be no need for them to maintain this secret behind their barriers of barbed wire. They would be exporting their industrial products and pressing for world markets. Have you ever seen any Russian-made goods at your store?

Yet, to the Priests, the leaders of the "Other Religion, " this is a triumph. For, under the Red Star, they rule, even though it is only over a prison; but that is enough for them.

The apostles of the early church preached a gospel which they were convinced could defeat Satan here in this world. There were no God-men but each individual had to make his own peace with his maker. The priesthood was broken with the renting of the veil and the spiritual control of men by man was refuted. Caesar was a king, but not a god. Political and economic power that comes through the "divine right theory" or that belief that certain men are God's viceroy; i.e. , God with us (Immanuel), was assailed. These early Christians firmly believed that the Holy Spirit which they possessed was more powerful than Satan and all of his minions. That armed with the Word of God, they were invincible. The pagan world reeled upon their militant attack. They turned the world upside down.

Again, the Protestant Reformation in the Sixteenth Century showed the rebirth of the idea that there were not God-men, that the king and the political rulers were not divine but merely men in a public office. The concept that had enslaved mankind that there was a certain elite, a priestly class, aristocracy, nobility that were above the common herd disappeared. The knighthoods in which the aristocracy and nobility had organized themselves through secret oaths of fraternity regardless of nation now was again assailed. The reformers may not have been aware that their doctrine, which placed the Word of God in everyone's hands, removed the need of a priest, an intermediary, a vicor, and broke the economic and political stranglehold which permitted the Industrial Revolution, the free enterprise economic system to be born.

This central theme of the Reformation continued until the latter part of the Nineteenth Century. The reformers believed they were not just soul saving, but state saving, church saving, community saving, family saving, school saving, and that they were not willing to abandon any part of society to Satan. They were firmly convinced that through the power of the Holy Spirit and armed with the Word of God, Satan could not resist their onslaught and that the gates of Hell could not prevail against their attack.

This church was known as the Church Militant. In the latter part of the Nineteenth Century, the Protestant Church was diverted into two channels: Humanism--the belief that to be a Christian meant to have Christ as their example in social endeavors, that the Christian should be tolerant and believe that people could go to Heaven by other ways, that all people would go to Heaven, that our purpose here was to be good to our fellow man. This branch, called liberalism, apostasy, modernism, humanism, promotes social organizations for the control of human activity; i.e. , socialism. It denied the necessity for personal salvation and forgot about the indwelling Holy Spirit and replaced Scriptures with human intellect and reasoning.

The other branch was Dispensationalism, which converted born again Christians to the concept that we are only to be concerned about the eternal future and have no role of the present, that Christians' activities should be limited to soul saving; i.e. , snatching brands from the fire. Their cliche became "Don't polish brass on a sinking ship. " They cut the Bible up into dispensations, portions applied only to Old Testament times, other portions to the future kingdom age or the Millennium. They were able to reduce the Bible as did the liberals and only a few of the passages being relevant. They abandoned this world to Satan who was more powerful than the Holy Spirit. They turned their eyes to the Rapture and became concerned only with the future and abandoned the present. The results have been disastrous. As the schools have been lost, the state has been lost, their children have been lost, the families have been lost to literal Hell. All of this time, these Christians maintain that this collapse is inevitable anyway, rather than seeing their position as being its greatest cause. The Church Militant has become the church complacent, drawn into spiritual monasteries of soul winning Protestant cloisters. The result is soul losing.

The Church Militant can be restored. The Protestant Reformation (now dead) can be re-established. If it is to be, then Christians must re-enter all arenas with the firm conviction that the Holy Spirit they possess is the most powerful force in the universe. It is to this end, the following chapters are written as an outline for Christians to follow to re-enter one such area of human activity; i. e. , the political. However, the process could be followed and should be in many others. With this in mind, the following is presented:

"Secrets of the Great Pyramid," by Peter Tomkins.

A recent work collecting all of the accounts of early and recent explorations and studies of the monuments of Egypt. Presents, also, many of the theories and possible explanations of the religious, scientific, and practical purposes of these enigmatic structures. Fascinating to read. "The People's Pottage," by Garrett Garet.

Three essays entitled: "The Revolution Was, " "Ex-America," and "The Rise of the Empire. " They describe the key events and the meaning behind the Rooseveltian Revolution of 1933-1945. A very profound and almost poetic work. Written by a former editor of "The Saturday Evening Post" magazine. L74 pp. Caxton Press, Caldwell, Idaho. 1953. Also in paperback. American Opinion Press.

 

The following are not recommended, but were works that were consulted in order to make quotations or to study details of the Ancient Mystery Religions.

"Morals and Dogma - of the Ancient and Accepted Scottish Rite of Freemasonry."  Albert Pike - 33rd Degree.

The philosophical instruction manual, privately printed, for the direction of Freemasons through the 32nd Degree. While it reveals only a part of the dogma of Masonry, for the essentials are transmitted only orally, yet, when approached with the understanding that its meanings are purposely veiled, it provides much "illumination" on the attitudes and ultimate purposes of the institution of Freemasonry. Restricted Book. Unavailable through regular trade channels. However, copies sometimes may be obtained through private sources or through used book dealers. 861 pp. L. H. "Secret Teachings of All Ages," by Manly P. Hall.

An encyclopaedia, as its subtitle states of; "Masonic, Hermetic, Kabbalistic, and Rosicrucian Symbolical Philosophy. " Presents outlines of the beliefs and tenets of most Ancient and Modern Mystery Religion systems. Prepared by a committee of scholars who, themselves, apparently were heartily in favor of promoting a revival of public interest in these occult subjects. 245 pp. Philosophical Research Society. Los Angeles, California. 90027. 1928. Present edition, 1971. Illustrated.

Dr. Stuart R. Crane earned his Doctorate in Business and Economics at Indiana University, and hasa taught at Indiana, Detroit, and Wayne State Universities.  In the early 70's, he was the Dean of the School of Business at Bob Jones University and a leading speaker in the John Birch Society.  He had a falling out with the John Birch Society for speaking against evolution and possibly offending the Masons that were in the leadership of the organization.   Dr. Crane's tapes have been preserved at http://www.midnight-emissary.com/crane.htm.   This paper was copied from The Christian Party and The "Other Religion" which was published about 1976 or so.  It has been many years since he has retired from activism and speaking engagements.  Our last contact with him was in 1999.  He was retired but teaching one class at a small college.  An avid sailor, he enjoys volunteer work for the Coast Guard Auxiliary.
